Concert Mumi-Trolli & Smeshariki

In June, Russian Children’s Studio will hold its traditional end-of-year performances — a warm and much-loved part of our school year.

This year, we are inviting everyone to attend open performances by two of our theater groups.

The Smeshariki group, ages 8–9, will present "African Tales", inspired by the folklore of African peoples. These are vibrant stories about friendship, courage, and resourcefulness — with traditional music, lively characters, and the true excitement of children’s theater.

Script and direction: Maria Bernstein.

The Moomin Trolls group, ages 6–7, will present a musical piece inspired by the stories of Pippi Longstocking — the very Pippi who can turn any ordinary day into a grand adventure.

Directed by: Tatiana Kolosova.

At our studio, theater is a way for children to experience the Russian language through movement, music, and the spoken word. On stage, children learn to speak expressively, listen to one another, work together, and feel more confident.

We warmly invite parents, friends of the studio, and everyone who would like to see the Russian language come to life on stage.
